Technical Requirements:
- Should have strong knowledge of DNS and Web hosting
- Should have working knowledge of MSSQL database management
- Good understanding of IIS and FTP
- Should have strong knowledge of Active-directory services
- Good to have ADFS management understanding
- Should have knowledge of office365 configuration and migration
- Good to have understanding of Service Desk Plus
- Should have knowledge of Firewall policy and VPN configuration
- Should have hands-on Web Server migration experience
Job Responsibilities
- Work experience of 4+ years as a System Administrator
- Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents, Hardware troubleshooting & Vendor coordination
- Hands on experience with Server management, Firewall security, IIS management, SQL Data Backup and Restore
- Provide technical subject matter expertise wherever required.
- Handle first point escalation for all technical and process issues.
- Maintain system efficiency and ensure system design allows all components to work together properly
- Make recommendations for upgrades & evaluate / modify system performance
- Ensure proper communication and quick / timely resolution
- Plan and schedule Changes, Coordinating with different stakeholders.
- Follow quality / security process defined for the engagement.
- Able to handle first point escalation for all technical and process issues.
- Participate in business meetings with various stake holders on a need basis.
- Knowledge of at least one Ticketing tool
- Able to complete new joiner/exit formalities
