  • Experience working with large, complex datasets.

  • Experience producing dashboards, KPI reports, and management-level reporting.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Experience with process automation using Power Automate or similar tools.

Job Responsibilities

Reporting & Dashboards

  • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage Excel-based reporting models and analytical tools.
  • Support monthly, weekly, and ad-hoc reporting requirements across the business.
  • Validate data accuracy and maintain consistency across multiple reporting sources.

Data Modelling & Analysis

  • Create and optimise data models, DAX measures, and calculations within Power BI.
  • Extract, transform, and cleanse data using Power Query.
  • Analyse large datasets to surface trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
  • Independently investigate data discrepancies and identify root causes.

Stakeholder & Process

  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective dashboards.
  • Automate manual reporting workflows using Power Automate and other available tools.
  • Support data governance initiatives and help maintain reporting standards.
  • Contribute to the development of future analytics solutions, including custom and web-based reporting platforms.
