• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written) are essential.
• Must be flexible with UK shift timings and daylight-saving changes.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic business requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Handling international inbound and outbound logistics within the healthcare industry.
• Managing and coordinating logistic services, including order fulfilment and parcel tracking.
• Verifying prescriptions in compliance with MHRA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
• Generating and processing invoices accurately.
• Communicating effectively via email with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Maintaining and updating databases efficiently.
